Time For Some Relaxation

Ever get tired of the same ol' stuff day after day? Are you running around, doing a million things at once? Most people these days are just like that. If you know someone like this and ask them "when is the last time you just....relaxed, and did nothing all day?" and if they say "Hmmm I don't remember" then that could be a serious problem.

A good way to start relaxing is to listen to soft, "non-angry" music while you sleep. This will relax your mood, muscles, mind and even calm your soul if you stay awake enough for it to do this.
